Popcorn Cake

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup.. oil
1 lb. marshmallows
8 cup popped corn
1 lb. sm. gumdrops (Don’t use the black ones) or substitute M&M’s.
2 cups mixed nuts

Melt butter, oil and marshmallows.
Mix until very smooth.
Mix corn, nuts and gumdrops together.
Pour melted mixture over corn mixture and quickly stir and pour into tube pan.
Let cool, then slice.
Do not bake.

Jello Popcorn Recipe

The recipe is as follows:
1/4 c corn syrup
85g package of jello
1/2 c butter
Bring ingredients to a boil.  Boil for 5 minutes.  Pour over 8 to 10 cups of popcorn.  Stir well to coat the corn.  Bake corn at 225 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
